Like the journey of a thousand mile that begins with a step, we started very small in 2011, rendering pockets of minor support services in the built sector. But through hard work, perseverance and forming healthy synergies and alliances with strong brands of similar visions, within 10years, the foremost arm of the group, AIBEN Properties Ltd, has evolved into a formidable real estate firm with several residential and commercial real estate projects. The company, which currently has four offices spread across Lagos and Abuja, has 204 staffers and several affiliates and partners. A conglomerate with substantial interest in Real Estate, Hospitality, Media. Agro-allied and Consultancy Services. It has five subsidiaries which includes: AIBEN Properties Ltd, AIBEN Facility Managers Ltd, CITIMALL, BOUDIlLON Hotels & Resort, Shanaji Nig Ltd and 11.05 Cafe .

Chief Andy Elerewe
Chief Andy Elerewe is a real estate mogul with over 18 years of entrepreneurship experience. He is highly revered in the Nigerian built sector.
He was the immediate past Chairman of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria, REDAN, FCT Chapter, and the association’s current National Vice President of the North Central Zone.
He is a fellow of several professional bodies, including the Nigeria Institute of Management, Chartered Institute of Project Managers, among others.
HewastheM.Dof Woods&BricksLtdbefore establishing AIBEN Properties Ltd in 2011.
He studied Management and Accounting at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. Afterwards, he had several executive programmes both local and international, including a higher Diploma in Business Management from the renowned Metropolitan School of Business and Management, U.K.
He also had an M.B.A from the University of Chichester UK, where he graduated top of his class with a distinction. He is currently pursuing his P.H.D from same University.
He also had a Masters in Environmental Management from the Nassarawa State, University.
Andy has several awards and laurels to his name with the most recent being the Developer of the Year Award by the Nigerian Society of Engineering, N.S.E.
